Children with Disabilities Team Manager Salary up to £55,339 per annum

Our Children with Disabilities Service is seeking a leader with expertise working with Children with Disabilities. We are looking for a leader who will motivate, nurture and manage the team of dedicated Advanced Practitioners and Social Workers, provide an effective service with a strong vision for excellence, and where children are the heart of everything we do!

Your role will require you to ensure your team meets the statutory requirements for children with disabilities, you will manage performance and quality assurance alongside resources and budgets in collaboration with key stakeholders.
In overseeing team performance, you will provide effective professional and practice supervision (including reflective supervision) and performance appraisals, alongside ensuring effective assessment, risk management and child protection and care planning.
You will be involved in inspection preparation, assisting the team in accessing resources across the council and partner agencies to promote positive outcomes for children, along with developing and sustaining productive relationships with peers, and key stakeholders such as education, health and police.
