What you’ll do
You’ll work closely with our sector team and clients to deliver:
Strategy, sense and innovation
* Shape adaptive strategies to help clients navigate complex, messy challenges—like the rapidly changing AI landscape.
* Work with our expert practitioners to blend approaches that balance research, brand, service design, data, content design, and organisational strategy that lead to measurable, impactful outcomes like growing brand awareness and impact, increasing income and elevating operational effectiveness.
* Champion bold, forward-thinking, and cost-effective approaches tailored to specific contexts.
* Work with clients to design and manage a portfolio of design and innovation projects.
Collaborative leadership
* Facilitate inclusive, engaging workshops with clients, teams, and communities.
* Coach and inspire multidisciplinary teams and clients, nurturing a culture of creativity and cross-practice collaboration.
* Shape proposals that balance ambition and practicality, working closely with cross-functional teams and expert practitioners.
Shape responsible, participatory approaches

* Bring together expert practitioners to craft the best possible approaches for clients.
* Ensure community voices are central to decision-making and advocate for participatory design processes.
* Occasionally convene stakeholders across sectors to foster alignment between charities, public sector bodies, and enterprise partners.
Navigate organisational change
* Help clients navigate change in complex systems, guiding them through change.
* Identify opportunities for AI and emerging technologies, ensuring ethical, community-driven implementation.
* Design adaptive roadmaps to help organisations stay resilient and responsive.
Shaping the work, pitching, and raising our profile
* Collaborate with Client Partners to shape winning pitches and guide strategic project direction.
* Lead thought leadership, public speaking, and industry events to raise our profile.
* Develop case studies and content to showcase our measurable impact.
* Shape new business and service models to attract mission-aligned partners.
