They are currently seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our team on a long-term social housing contract. The role is based in their Northwest London office, where you will be supporting the efficient scheduling of planned work and repairs for a longstanding social housing contract in London.
Job Summary:
As a Scheduler, you will play a key role in coordinating and scheduling planned maintenance and repair work for a large-scale social housing contract. Your expertise in the social housing sector, combined with your proficiency with Observe software, will be essential to ensure timely, efficient, and compliant service delivery. You will work closely with internal teams, contractors, and tenants to manage work schedules and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, allocate, and manage work schedules for a variety of planned and reactive maintenance tasks within the social housing contract.
• Utilise the Observe system to manage work orders, track progress, and update scheduling information. Ensure all data is entered accurately and promptly.
