JOB ROLE: HR Manager - Immediate Start

HOURS: Full Time Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
SALARY: £17 - 21 p/h (Dependent on experience)
LOCATION: Brighton
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Manager to join our client's team. The client is looking for someone to help build the foundations for the human resources department, including creating policies, procedures, recruitment strategies, and employee benefits, from the ground up, ensuring compliance with employment laws while aligning with the company's culture and growth plans as it establishes itself in the market.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
1. Developing a structured process for attracting, screening, and interviewing potential candidates to find the best fit for the company.
2. Creating a smooth transition for new employees by providing necessary information, introductions, and training to quickly integrate them into the team.
3. Setting clear expectations, regularly evaluating employee performance, and providing feedback to promote development and goal achievement.
4. Managing employee concerns, addressing conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment to maintain high morale and productivity.
5. Identifying training needs and providing opportunities for employees to develop their skills and knowledge to enhance their performance.
6. Ensuring the company adheres to all relevant employment laws and regulations regarding hiring, termination, workplace safety, and data privacy.
