Permanent – Cheltenham – Evening Shift (4 Days) - Full-Time – Salary £16-25ph DOE
Are you looking to join a precision engineering company, manufacturing bespoke products for various industries, including aerospace, defence, oil and gas sectors, and others, using core CNC machining facilities?
The Role
1. First-off dimensional tests on new programs
2. Good Knowledge of Feeds and speeds when running CNC machines
3. Setting/operating CNC mills. Run Mazak, Doosan, XYZ prototrak and others; previous experience not necessary.
The Person
1. Setting and operating experience of CNC Milling machinery.
2. Experience within a similar hi-tech, subcontract environment.
3. Able to work accurately to deadlines.
4. An ability to read 1st and 3rd angle engineering drawings.
5. An enthusiastic team player with a can-do/flexible attitude.
6. Continual process improvement attitude.
7. Manual Milling experience – Desirable.
