Your Role & Responsibilities Creating, updating, and posting job advertisements on various platforms. Managing and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure candidate data is accurate and up to date. Scheduling interviews and coordinating diaries for hiring managers. Conducting initial telephone screenings to assess candidate suitability. Supporting hiring teams with all aspects of candidate engagement and communication. Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback as necessary. Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organisation. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in a recruiting or HR support role is preferred. Strong organisational skills - the ability to manage multiple tasks with efficiency. Excellent attention to detail - accuracy in documentation and processes is key. Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - experience with an ATS is a plus A proactive mindset - a self-starter with a “can-do” attitude.
