Working directly for Red Rock Partnership Ltd, you will be based at our client’s site in Airdrie working alongside the Manager dealing with all aspects of Recruitment, Selection, Assessment and Training, to ensure we supply the most suitable candidates, with the highest level of customer service.
About You:
We are seeking individuals who have a successful track record in the recruitment industry. You may have worked as a service consultant looking to take the next step in your career. This is a position for people who do not give up easily and understand the hard work it takes to achieve the service goals they are working towards.

Key Role Accountabilities:
* Taking phone calls, from prospective candidates, and phone interviewing, to ensure suitability.
* Effectively managing a diary of interviews based around our client’s recruitment levels.
* Conducting Interviews, English Tests, and completing Registrations for prospective candidates.
* Ensuring identification is checked in line with the current Home Office Legislations and legal ability to work in the UK
* Arranging group Assessments in accordance with client’s requirements of new candidates.
* Managing the day to day orders from the client whilst controlling the candidate’s working weeks, in accordance with the working time regulations.
* PC work, Excel, Word, Outlook, and our in house database
* Communicating to all levels of manager’s onsite and within Red Rock Partnership Ltd.
* Working hours are flexible, dependent on site volumes;
The successful applicant will need to have worked within recruitment, ideally in the food sector, and be able to cover a 24 hours on –call service, on a rotational rota basis.
Candidates with strong customer service experience but no recruitment experience will also be considered
