About The Role
You will play a key role in keeping the Managing Director focused, informed, and prepared. You will also be instrumental in ensuring leadership systems function smoothly across clinical governance, strategic projects, and business reporting.
This role requires someone with excellent judgement, high integrity, and a proactive, strategic mindset.
Principle duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Manage the Managing Director’s diary, time, and priorities with discipline and flexibility.
2. Prepare executive briefings, agendas, and slide decks for internal and external meetings.
3. Support the delivery and documentation of Psicon’s clinical governance framework, working closely with the quality and operations teams.
4. Coordinate executive-level contributions to performance dashboards and key performance indicators.
5. Monitor and track progress across strategic projects led by the MD (e.g. service innovation, AI tools, software development).
6. Coordinate with project owners across the organisation to gather updates and mitigate risks.
7. Act as a coordination point across the Senior Leadership Team and operational leads.
8. Ensure the right information reaches the right people at the right time.
Person Specification
Essential
1. Substantial experience in a senior Executive Assistant, Project Manager, or Strategic Ops role (Minimum of 3 Years experience required)
2. Demonstrated ability to operate with discretion, judgement, and efficiency.
3. Excellent organisational and planning skills with strong attention to detail.
4. Confidence managing sensitive or complex information in a fast-paced environment.
5. High-level written and verbal communication skills.
6. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and coordinate across diverse teams.
Desirable
1. Experience in a healthcare, clinical, or regulated setting.
2. Familiarity with CQC, PSIRF, or clinical governance frameworks.
3. Experience working within or alongside executive teams.
4. Comfort with data tracking, reporting cycles, or performance metrics.
