Agility are delighted to be working with a very interesting position for one of Preston's big success stories.
They provide life skills to children, young adults, and parents. They cover emotional well-being, equality & diversity.
They are looking to fill a 12-6 month contract for a Management Account 3 to 4 days a week.
Duties
* Help produce the month-end accounts.
* Post invoices and manage payment runs.
* Manage the payroll for two entities.
* General ad-hoc reporting.
* Daily bank reconciliation, on spreadsheet and Sage - cash flow spreadsheet to be kept up to date.
* Payments - weekly E+, Euro payment, Sage supplier payment/payroll, Pension and HMRC.
* Inform of all incentive payments that are received.
* Supplier invoice - ensure the invoices are approved if required, print and email to auto entry - update Education Finance spreadsheet to ensure the invoices are ok to process.
* AutoEntry - approve and submit invoices and expenses to Sage (as most invoices arrive via email). Could be an idea to set up a supplier email address that we can both use and ask all our suppliers to send invoices to that.
* Sage Cloud50 - all accounting duties, including VAT and monthly management accounts.
* Invoices - reconcile the co-investment spreadsheet and invoice through Sage.
* Management accounts - accruals, prepayment, reconciliation and set of accounts.
* Holidays - keep track of all holidays, ensure holiday calendar and spreadsheet is up to date.
* Sage payroll - monthly staff, prepare journal for Sage posting.
* P11d and P60.
