Job summary TheHealthcare support worker position undertakes tasks and duties within a definedrole. The post holder will work underindirect supervision of the practice nursing team. They will work collaboratively with thepractice team to meet the needs of the patients, following policy, protocolsand procedures set out by the practice and national guidance. The post will also include someadministrative duties. The role is also to provide support to the clinicians(both doctors and nurses) and Clinical Services Manager to meet the requirementsof the practice.
