The Role
With a mix of office and home-based working, you’ll be the backbone of our team. You’ll be in the office on Wednesdays and Fridays, with the flexibility to work the rest of your hours from home. From diary management and reception duties to invoicing and keeping our records in check, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our services run smoothly. No two days will be the same – one moment, you’ll be welcoming visitors with a friendly smile, the next, you’ll be making sure the paperwork is in order, so everything stays on track.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Manage diaries and meetings for staff, ensuring everything stays organised
✔ Provide a warm and professional reception for visitors, calls, and emails
✔ Handle invoices and financial admin to keep the service running efficiently
✔ Keep records up to date and support with recruitment processes
✔ Be the go-to person for admin support across the team
What You’ll Need:
✔ Experience in administration, ideally with finance or invoicing knowledge
✔ Strong IT skills – especially Microsoft Office
✔ Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
✔ A friendly, professional approach when dealing with colleagues and visitors
✔ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
