Job Description:
Key Purpose:
The representative will be dealing with inbound and outbound calls on a daily basis to ensure a top-quality service for existing and new customers. You will be in charge of adding value to each customer who calls as well as having strong product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Answering calls from existing and new customers
2. Proactively dealing with all queries relating to the business
3. Taking orders and bookings via external and internal calls
4. A professional approach with the ability to build rapport with each customer
5. Demonstrating extensive knowledge on all product ranges
6. Facilitating calls from B2B and B2C
Personal Specification:
1. Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
2. Customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
3. Self-motivated, with a ‘can do’ attitude
4. Attention to detail with high level of communication skills is essential
5. A passion to deliver the highest quality for our client’s customers
Working Schedule:
Week 1: Monday to Friday. 07:00 – 15:15
Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 07:30 – 15:45 and Saturday 11:45 –20:00
Week 3: Monday to Friday. 11:00 – 19:15
Week 4: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. 08:00 – 16:15 and Saturday 09:45-18:00
Week 5: Monday to Friday. 11:45 – 20:00
