Job Description
To support the Change, Standards and Assurance Manager to apply a structured change management approach and lead change activities, ensuring compliance with Railways Regulations, divisional change management procedures and applicable industry legislation and guidance.
The post-holder will manage the continued change management for all projects where safety could be affected. This involves compliance with divisional change management procedures, and adherence to the Common Safety Method for Risk Evaluation and Assessment (CSM RA) and Railways (Interoperability) Regulations 2011.
Essential Criteria
* Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a relevant subject e.g. Business, Mathematics, Engineering or Safety, plus a minimum of 3 years¿ experience delivering major and complex organisational change initiatives in a regulated environment, through a project management approach within a large multidisciplinary organisation OR a minimum of 5 years experience as set out above.
* Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
* Experience of using MS Office packages including Word and Excel
* Full valid driving license
Desirable Criteria
* A NEBOSH Diploma
* A recognised Change/Project Management qualification i.e., PRINCE2
* Experience of Common Safety Method
* Experience of working in a safety critical environment
* Experience of working in the transport or railway industry
