We are excited to announce an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator looking for the next step or a
current Lettings Manager to join our busy, driven, and friendly team in Oxford at an Associate level. This role offers excellent
career progression within our organisation. As an Associate, you will play a pivotal role in generating business for the office,
contributing to its growth by meeting set targets and ensuring compliance with our lettings SOPs. You will also be instrumental in
building and maintaining strong working relationships with both existing and potential clients.
The post holder will join our dynamic Oxford office, collaborating with professionals across various levels and support functions.
With over 100 professionals in our main divisions, our Oxford office is a hub of activity, offering numerous exciting events and

Main tasks:
* Take on property to let and provide advice to prospective landlords
* Provide a high level of efficiency and customer service to all clients
* Grow office portfolio and increase income
* Generate and develop new lettings instructions, overseeing creative marketing campaigns
* Complete market appraisals and win instructions
* Supporting team members to achieve their potential & to ensure objectives are met/exceeded
* Service the requirements of relocation and search agents
* Complete viewings and discuss applications with clients.
* Progress applications and tenancy deals to include referencing
What will it take to be successful?
The ideal candidate will have experience in the residential lettings market and possess a sound knowledge of relevant legislation.
You will demonstrate excellent customer service and strong communication skills, along with robust administrative, MS Office, and
organisational abilities. As a detail-oriented and numerate individual, you will excel as a strong team player, demonstrating
excellent interpersonal skills.
