Base pay range
We are exclusively managing the recruitment of a new Digital Marketing Executive for a family owned hospitality business going through an exciting period of growth and transformation.
The successful candidate will be an experienced digital professional that will be excited about taking ownership of digital campaign delivery. You will be a self starter that can confidently think of ideas that will drive engagement of their online channels, enhancing the brand visibility.
You will be responsible for managing their presence on social media, including optimising website performance, analysing digital data, and coordinating paid campaigns with external agencies. You’ll work closely with the Creative Lead to develop engaging content and ensure a consistent brand experience across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
1. Manage and grow brand presence across all social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
2. Plan, create, and schedule engaging content to drive brand awareness, engagement and sales.
3. Respond to comments and messages, maintaining a strong and positive brand voice.
Website Management
1. Oversee website content, ensuring pages are regularly updated with fresh, high-quality copy and imagery.
2. Manage SEO optimisation and performance improvements to enhance search rankings and user experience.
3. Work with external agencies to improve site functionality and design.
Paid Advertising
1. Work with external agencies to manage paid social, PPC, and display advertising campaigns.
2. Ensure campaigns align with business objectives and provide regular performance updates.
3. Monitor budgets and performance metrics, ensuring the best return on investment.
Analytics & Reporting
1. Monitor and analyse performance across social media and website channels, using insights to refine digital strategies.
2. Produce regular reports with data-driven recommendations to improve effectiveness.
You will be part of a lean but mean team therefore the ability to work across tasks is essential with a multi hat approach. The role is based in the office and some flexibility can be offered if required.
