The Role
As a Case Administrator, you will gain in-depth knowledge of the UK immigration process. You will assist our regulated Immigration Advisers by handling a variety of tasks, some of which will require prompt and precise execution.

Job Responsibilities:
* End-to-end case management
* Ensuring our systems are always up to date
* Ensuring information is received and submitted ahead of deadlines
* Assist with case working on all corporate and personal immigration matters
* Assist with Sponsor Licence applications
* Make Skilled Worker CoS requests
* Visa application management (under supervision)
* Candidate Communication
* Assessing supporting documentation
* Updating business Spreadsheets
* CRM maintenance (Clio)
* Complete comprehensive case notes
* Team communication
* Follow legislation/guidance
* Working to processes
* Lone working (working from home) with occasional travel for meetings
* Online meetings attendance
* Comfortable with use of laptop/phone
* Answer and manage incoming calls
