Daytime Healthcare are working with a national homecare organization, who are seeking a Registered Care Manager for their West Midlands branch.
Job Description:
1. Working closely with the Director to coordinate the development of a high-quality private domiciliary care service for older people in the local area.
2. Act as the Registered Manager managing the regulated activity for the office.
3. Networking in the local community to raise awareness of the service.
4. Promoting the highest standards of care and service.
5. Recruiting and training Care Professionals.
6. Converting new client enquiries and coordinating staffing rotas.
7. Care planning and conducting risk assessments ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
8. Managing a team, making sure that exceptional service is delivered to our clients and workloads are managed accordingly.
9. Ensuring successful operation of quality control systems and performing quality assurance visits for clients.
Qualifications:
1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Commercial business acumen.
3. Excellent planning and organisational skills.
4. Skills in assessment and care planning.
5. Ability to cope with pressure.
6. Ability to cope with change.
7. A clear enhanced DBS certificate.
8. A clean driving license.
9. Must be acceptable as a Registered Manager to CQC satisfaction.
10. The ability to develop and maintain the quality control system.
