Business Development Executive Basic £35,000 OTE £42,000pa Swansea (hybrid working 3 days in the office, 2 remotely) Working for the world's largest cyber security training provider, you will be responsible for developing existing client relationships while identifying and pursuing new client opportunities across a dedicated region. Main duties & responsibilities as a Business Development Executive: To nurture and develop new and existing client relationships. Establish and maintain positive relationships with assigned accounts. Generate customer contracts annually, and on time, whilst introducing additional products to the customer. Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to map accounts, distribute leads, qualify opportunities and provide sales support. Qualify incoming leads for given business area, regularly contacting them whilst ensuring renewals are implemented on time. Maintain accurate account, license, and contract records within the CRM system (Salesforce) and ongoing customer interaction through available data systems such as Tableau and internal dashboards. Monitor upcoming renewals, proactively identifying difficulties that could delay or impact the renewal and escalate when needed. Maximise expansion opportunities to generate additional revenue (upsell/cross-sell). Follow, understand, and translate the latest Cyber Security developments and trends. Key Skills required as a Business Development Executive include: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Sales role preferably within renewals or working in a Corporate environment Self-motivated, tenacious and resilient in delivering business results and projects Ability to network and communicate at all levels both internally and externally Educated to a degree standard or equivalent Ability and desire to travel to events when required Strong influencing and negotiation skills Ability to plan, forecast and report against sales plan and targets Computer literate - competent in using all Microsoft Packages and LinkedIn Benefits: 25 days holidays statutory public holidays as per UK Pension: Employee Contributions – 5%, Employer Contributions 6%.
