We’re looking for an Interior Designer who is passionate about creating exceptional consumer experiences and excited to be part of our expansion. In this role, you will engage in all phases of our design, and build process —from test fits and concept design to construction administration. This role is based in London and periodic travel may be required. Responsibilities Seamless Execution: Design, document, and execute multiple high-quality projects simultaneously by collaborating with external consultants and contractors. Oversee the design execution from planning to construction, and ensure we meet quality standards, stay within budget, and meet timelines. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with different departments to make sure the design of our new stores consider the implementation of new insights into a great customer & barista experience. Qualifications BArch / MArch degree in a design or design-related field, including but not limited to Interior Design or Architecture; 6 years of professional design, and construction in high-quality commercial or hospitality projects. Mixed-use residential, cultural, and institutional experiences also will be considered; Proficient in the following programs: BIM (Revit), all things Google, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite Who you are You deliver outstanding high-quality design without compromising any project timeline; Extensive experience in creating design documentation and ensuring that all details are planned and recorded, while understanding building codes, accessibility requirements, and zoning regulations, ensuring compliance throughout all phases of the project; Knowledge of interior design trends and materials; Excellent oral, written, and graphic communication skills; Excellent decision-making skills, highly resourceful problem solver; Self-directed with a high level of initiative and a ‘can do’ attitude, but open to feedback; Excellent organisational and ‘people’ skills.
