Job Description
Our Delivery Principals will be accountable for the overall successful delivery in an account and responsible, as part of a cross-functional team, for driving account growth. You will be responsible for the following:
* Managing successful outcomes and driving delivery in the Financial Services Sector across multiple technologies
* Deliver applications, services, products or platforms
* Ensures appropriate governance, standards and quality metrics are applied and adhered to throughout project delivery.
* Responsible of large/complex delivery teams within multi-supplier engagements.
* You will be communicating and negotiating effectively and credibly with our clients.
* Driving presales and business development to expanding an existing business, including written bid-response and formal presentations.
* Motivating and empowering teams to create an inclusive and positive culture aligned to Version 1 Core Values.
Qualifications
* Significant evidence of managing successful outcomes and driving delivery of multi-million technology programmes in the Insurance domain of Financial Services
* Experience in managing and leading large/complex delivery teams within multi-supplier engagements.
* A background in technology and capable of understanding technology solutions, challenges and future opportunities
* Evidence of being able to communicate and negotiate effectively and credibly.
* Strong commercial awareness with evidence of building strategic client partnership and business development
* Significant presales and business development experience, including written bid-response and formal presentations.
* Evidence of building high calibre delivery teams
