Job Description
Trintech is a multi-award-winning cloud-based Fintech provider and we are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated Support Consultant to join our Enterprise team in EMEA. This will be a client-facing role working with our Large Enterprise customers across the region. In this role you will trouble-shoot, problem-solve, and identify issues and opportunities for product improvement.
We have a hybrid working schedule and require you to be in the London office twice a week.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Provide exemplary customer service by being prompt, efficient and empathetic. Play a pivotal role in maintaining a positive customer relationship.
* Use your business, analytical and product skills to understand customer issues and diagnose root cause and required corrective actions for 1-2 Trintech products.
* Assess customer business impact of reported problems and help resolve them as efficiently as possible.
* Ensure resolutions are provided within required customer time frames and business deadlines.
* Use SQL and database knowledge to write custom scripts to gather information and fix data issues.
WHO YOU ARE
1. Client facing support experience or relevant Degree/Certifications or work experience in Accounting & Finance.
