Your primary focus will be harnessing the power of the CAD/BIM-based data environments to shape and manage client estates strategically. As a full-time team member, you'll report directly to the Service Line Director and be based at the Surrey client site for the duration of the project. What you'd be doing :Cultivate trust-based relationships across Planning and Estates Technical Services teams.Drive efficient and effective service delivery within the Planning Function.Play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing estate strategies.Establish and maintain CAD/Revit standards and protocols.Spearhead CAD/BIM data management for critical deliverables.Craft precise planning sketches and comprehensive documents.Deliver regular, high-quality CAD/BIM progress reports.Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams for data accuracy.Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in creating accurate drawings.Capture and document meeting discussions and action items.Lead and mentor CAD/BIM Technicians.Contribute to the continuous improvement of service models and quality assurance in Strategy Life Sciences. Ideal Experience :Fully qualified Architect, ARB registered10-year minimum industry experience, post qualificationA proficient user of AutoCAD, Revit and BIM software, as well as the Microsoft Office packageExcellent knowledge of BIM Standards (ISO 19650) and building regulationsEstates planning / NHS / Public sector / Higher education experienceExcellent communication and presentation skills, to enable clear communications and maintain positive client engagement.Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.Self-motivated, highly organized, and skilled at meeting deadlines.
