Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, campaign execution. This is an integral role in the Marketing Team and you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Demand generation strategy & execution
* Develop, execute, and optimise multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive awareness, generate leads, and accelerate pipeline growth.
* Create targeted campaigns that encompass inbound and outbound tactics, including email marketing, paid advertising, affiliate marketing and working with others in the team to leverage content.
* Collaborate with the Sales team to align marketing efforts and ensure lead generation programmes support revenue objectives
* Identify cost-effective channels and tactics to increase marketing efficiency while ensuring high-quality lead generation.
Campaign management
* Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns that engage target audiences through various channels, including email marketing, paid advertising, affiliate marketing, webinars, and content syndication.
* Optimise campaign data analysis, and iteration to improve conversion rates and lead quality.
Performance tracking & analytics
* Utilise analytics tools (Google Analytics etc.) to track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, optimising based on data insights.
* Provide regular performance reports demonstrating the ROI of digital marketing efforts.
* Monitor and analyse key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
* Manage the marketing budget across all territories.
A strong candidate will have:
* Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, ideally in a similar role targeting UK, USA & Australian audiences for a B2B SaaS software provider.
* Must be flexible to work early evenings as required
* Skilled at social media management and paid promotion strategies with the ability to analyse the results to constantly improve results
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
* Confident content creator (case studies, thought leadership posts etc)
* Comfortable with web content updating and maintenance
* Video and design skills would be an advantage.
