Your new role Maintenance manager is a role leading a small team but also giving technical support where necessary to the hands-on maintenance team. You will manage department spending, contractor management and plan downtime for PM around production. What you'll need to succeed This role will require engineering maintenance expertise, a willingness to support on the occasions it's required and the ability to manage the business end of things, spending reports, updating the computerised PM system, checking and checking certificates for contractors and developing the team and ensuring they are involved in all aspects of the facility. What you'll get in return As Maintenance Manager, you have some flexibility in your working hours so long as your team is planned. It's Monday to Friday with limited requirements out of hours but being contactable expected.
