Marketing Executive
Maidenhead, Berkshire
Up to £33,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a 5* housebuilder as Marketing Executive at a period of growth!
Our client is looking for someone who’s tech-savvy and creative, with a passion for all things marketing and design join their vibrant and supportive team based in their head office near Maidenhead with travel to sites in Berkshire during the week.
You will be based at head office and be earning a competitive salary of up to £33,000.
What you will be doing:
* Design & Creative Work - Create and update diverse marketing assets using Adobe, InDesign, and Canva.Develop materials such as flyers, invitations, and presentations for the sales and international teams.
* Websites & Portals- Manage and refresh property websites and portals, ensuring content remains relevant and engaging. Support the launch of new web pages and digital content.
* Emails & Social Media - Craft engaging copy for digital advertisements and email campaigns. Oversee social media posting, analyse trends, and collaborate with influencers. Produce high-quality digital and social content, including photos and videos.
* Advertising (Online & Offline) - Coordinate with media booking agencies or book advertising directly. Proofread and review advertising content for approval.
* Public Relations - Review and refine press releases and PR materials. Arrange visuals and facilitate the PR agency approval process.
* Brochures & Marketing Material - Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to gather information for marketing resources like floor plans and CGIs.
* Administrative support – you will provide administrative support to the sales team where required.
About you
* Marketing experience in new homes is ideal but not essential
* Interest in the property industry
* Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Experience managing social media (ideally within the new homes sector but not essential)
* A valid driver’s license and access to a car for site visits.
* Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
* First-rate spelling, grammar and proof-reading ability.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Valid right to work in the UK
