Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Cemeteries Administrator based in Belfast. This is a contract role working full time hours.
The job:
Provide clerical and administrative support to the bereavement, crematorium and cemeteries service
Respond to customer requests and enquiries from the public and industry representatives, providing practical advice and front end customer support
Assist with payment for services, data input and information gathering, reporting and other admin tasks
Record keeping across multiple sites, including diary management and email managementThe candidate:
Previous experience in an administrative role
The ability to handle enquiries both sympathetically and sensitively
