Lead Generation Manager – Push Lead Gen

A global POS payments business are looking to build out their Lead Generation function in London and have a brand new role they are looking to recruit. Initially, you will be very hands on however will also be responsible for building a high performing team within 6-12 months.
The business are looking for people experienced with push lead gen, people who have experience using Cognism, Lusha, Apollo.io and/or Google Map Extractor to go scrape/filter/enrich data bases and provide them to the Sales team. Ideally you would have the experience using a couple of these tools together.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a comprehensive lead generation strategy to meet company revenue goals
* Utilise advanced tools and platforms (e.g., Cognism, Lusha, Apollo.io, Google Map Extractor) to scrape, filter, and enrich data for targeted lead lists
* Ensure the provided data is accurate, high-quality, and aligned with sales team requirements
* Stay updated with best practices in data sourcing and enrichment to keep the sales team equipped with optimal lead lists
* Plan, execute and manage lead generation campaigns and nurture them through the funnel
* Work with the content and design team to create compelling ads and email marketing campaigns
* Manage A/B testing and optimize campaigns based on conversion rates, click through and cost per lead
* Work with the sales teams to optimize lead scoring models and MQLs
* Use CRM and Marketing Automation tools to track lead behavior and optimize targeting strategies
Experience
* 5+ years of experience in a lead generation role, with a strong track record of delivering success
* Experience in Fintech, Payments or SaaS
* Experience running lead generation tactics across multiple channels, email marketing, Paid, Social and SEO
* Experience working with multiple Automation platforms for lead tracking and reporting
* Experience working closely with Sales teams to optimize lead generation process
