This role will provide support in the sequencing and allocation of scheduling production requirements and to report key metrics for the Solihull Plant. There will also be a requirement to contribute to development opportunities to meet the key delivery scorecard metrics,
* Support and contribute to volume production at Solihull Plant by scheduling production requirements to ensure delivery of operational targets
* Contribute and work on the setting of production in each area to maintain a balanced flow throughout Body, Paint and Final Assembly
* Work on the development and maintain operational plans to meet build to sequence requirements at Solihull Plant
* Generate and maintain standards and procedures for the area's operating practices
* Track and monitor orders through the production system and advise on the resolution of key issues
* Report key data for the area and present reports showing production achievement, stock status, Plant Work In Progress data
* Support and contribute to new model launch plans and production strategies as directed
* Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested
Relevant previous experience in Supply Chain, Scheduling, Demand and Capacity Planning in Manufacturing
* Knowledge and skills with a broad understanding of the interfaces into vehicle platforms and plants
* Experience of sequencing and allocation scheduling production requirements
* Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred
