Senior support lead is responsible for overseeing andmanaging the support team to ensure the highquality result tocustomer. This role involves strategic planning coordination ofsupport activities and continue improvement of support process. Srsupport Lead will ensure that customer satisfaction and performancegoals are met.
KeyResponsibility:
* LeadMentor and guide the support team to deliver exceptional customerservice.
* Handle complex and escalated customerissues and provide resolution in timely manner.
* Oversee daily support operations including ticketmanagement escalation procedure and issue resolution.
* Coordinate training programme to ensure the team is up todate with the latest product knowledge and support basedpractice.
* Monitor customer satisfaction leveland implement strategy to improve overall customerexperience.
* Lead initiative to improve supporttools system and processes.
