The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable function and ensuring smooth financial operations. Description Oversee all accounts payable operations and ensure the timely payment of invoices. Manage the monthly reconciliation of supplier statements. Liaise with suppliers and maintain good relationships. Prepare monthly payment runs and manage cashflow. Ensure accurate recording of transactions in the accounting system. Implement and enforce financial policies and procedures. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the accuracy of financial data. Prepare reports on payable status and present them to senior management. Profile A successful Purchase Ledger Manager should have: A degree in Accounting & Finance or a related field. Proven experience in a similar role within the Industrial/Manufacturing industry. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
