Job summary As a member of the People Services team, you will be the main point of contact for all General People Service inquiries. You will provide efficient support to CSH employees, managers, and HR colleagues in resolving queries. Additionally, you will support the People Service Advisor with managing and delivering monthly compliance reports. Main duties of the job HR Enquiries: Serve as a primary point of contact for general HR queries via email, phone, and in person, escalating complex issues as needed. Recruitment Support: To support the People Services Team Lead and the People Services Advisor in the full-cycle recruitment processes for all staff groups, adhering to established procedures. Interview Coordination : Support hiring manager in coordinating interviews. Pre-Employment Checks : Carry out comprehensive pre-employment checks for successful candidates, including references, professional registration checks, occupational health clearance, identity and eligibility verification, and DBS checks, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Recruitment/Retention Projects: Participate in ad-hoc projects aimed at improving recruitment and staff retention strategies.
