Engineering FM Services, with its main office near Barnet, London, is actively looking for an Office Administrator or Administrative Assistant to join a rapidly expanding team. The role involves working in conjunction with the operations team, ensuring that all departments and technical teams receive a continued high level of administration service and delivery at all times.
Key duties for the Office Administrator or Administrative Assistant include:
1. Working alongside the operations department preparing reports and presentations.
2. Ensuring that all filing and reports are collated to project agreements and any issues are dealt with in a professional manner.
3. Updating and maintaining a comprehensive list of all data on the internal computer system.
4. Supporting other areas of the business using various administrative skills and experience.
Minimum Requirements:
To apply for the Office Administrator or Administrative Assistant position, the successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of commercial experience in a similar field, demonstrate a strong academic background, and have a real eye for detail.
