Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Bar Staff to join our dynamic team in London, United Kingdom. As a key member of our bar team, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism.
7. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere for all guests
8. Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
9. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area at all times
10. Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
11. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service operations
12. Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
13. Assist in greeting customers and managing seating arrangements when necessary
14. Offer knowledgeable recommendations on drink selections and food pairings
15. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
16. Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications
17. Proven experience in a bar or hospitality setting is preferred
18. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor
19. Strong attention to detail, especially in drink preparation and presentation
20. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
21. Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
22. Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
23. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
24. Knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
25. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and expand skills
26. Ability to multitask and prioritize duties effectively
27. Excellent communication skills in English
28. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol ({AGE}+ in the UK)
29. Food safety or responsible alcohol service certifications are a plus
30. Interest in mixology and current drink trends is advantageous
