We are currently recruiting for multiple Change Managers within the Midlands area for a leading client of ours.
The ideal candidate will have NEC experience.
Role responsibilities include:
* Overall responsibility for Change Management relating to design for the main contract and design subcontracts
* Timely issue and response to notices and all formal contract communications
* Ensuring notices and all communications are passed to the client and subcontractors, as relevant to the main contract and subcontracts, respectively
* Contract administration including use of CEMAR
* Forecasting change in time and cost. Working with planners, commercial managers and QS’s contributing to design programme updates and cost forecasts
* Maintaining a risk register
* Preparing quotations for Compensation Events under the main contract.
* Assessment of Compensation Events for subcontracts with the support of the technical team and project managers
* Managing access to systems and assigning permissions and authorities to staff as agreed with the senior management.
* Controlling scope change to ensure design is delivered within budget and forecasts
* Resolving potential conflict and disputes
* Managing and mentoring junior staff, including apprentices, developing their skills for career progression.
