What you will be doing Day to day transactional purchasing of goods, materials and services. Sourcing new suppliers and products from the global market. Develop and improve supplier relationships with suppliers from around the world to deliver quality, cost and delivery improvements. Perform data analysis and issue reports on supplier performance. Supporting internal teams with managing on-site stock levels and supporting with stock counts. Maintaining on-time delivery from suppliers to support the goods-in and production teams. There will be an occasional requirement to perform duties out of office hours to support the team. About You Ability to add value, reduce costs and make continuous improvements. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service skills. Excellent computer & Microsoft Excel skills. Purchasing experience would be an advantage. Ability to analyse data and present information. Able to take initiative and use common sense. You will care about making a difference to your colleagues. You can stay calm in a fast-paced environment. You are flexible and willing to provide support to your managers and colleagues
