This is no ordinary job. This is your chance to take Screwfix’s App to the next level, owning the strategy that drives new customers to download, engage, and buy. Reporting to the Senior Digital Channel Manager, you’ll lead the charge in expanding our App customer base, delivering end-to-end acquisition strategies, and optimizing digital journeys to maximize installs and engagement.
Your mission? Make sure the Screwfix App is the ultimate tool for tradespeople. You’ll craft a 12-month acquisition plan, create high-impact promotions, and partner with industry giants like Google, Meta, and Apple to amplify our reach. Managing Appsflyer integration, you’ll ensure our marketing spend is optimized for maximum ROI. You’ll work closely with commercial teams, stores, and CRM stakeholders to align acquisition efforts with Screwfix’s business goals. Plus, you’ll be the mastermind behind App Store Optimization (ASO), testing and refining strategies to boost visibility and downloads.
