Residential & Commercial Property Solicitor
Location: St Albans
Salary: Up to £60,000 + Excellent Bonus Structure + Hybrid Working
I’m representing a leading law firm in St Albans, highly recommended by the Legal 500, which is looking to expand its property team. They are searching for a talented Residential & Commercial Property Solicitor with 3+ years PQE to join their growing and dynamic team.
About the Role:
As part of this role, you will be managing a diverse range of property transactions for a broad client base, including individuals, businesses, investors, and developers. The work will involve:
Residential Property:
1. Handling freehold and leasehold transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.
2. Managing new build purchases and shared ownership transactions.
3. Providing expert advice on transfer of equity, lease extensions, and unregistered properties.
4. Liaising with mortgage lenders, estate agents, and other third parties to ensure smooth completions.
Commercial Property:
1. Advising on sales, acquisitions, and leases of commercial premises for a range of clients, including landlords, tenants, and investors.
2. Managing development projects, including site acquisitions and disposals.
3. Handling property finance, including refinancing, secured lending, and asset management.
4. Drafting and negotiating complex commercial leases, licenses, and other agreements related to commercial property transactions.

About You:
1. At least 3 years PQE in residential and commercial property law, with a proven ability to manage a varied caseload.

4. A proactive, detail-oriented approach to ensure seamless client service and successful completion of transactions.
