Salary: £22,000 - £24,000
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic legal team? We are seeking a Legal Property Administration Assistant to join our client's Edgbaston Office.
About the Role
As a Legal Property Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting solicitors and ensuring the efficient operation of the legal team. Your duties will include:
1. Providing comprehensive support to solicitors, enabling them to work effectively
2. Preparing and organising legal bundles
3. Drafting correspondence using a case management system
4. Liaising with clients, both over the phone and in person, to address enquiries
5. Managing filing systems, including daily filing and the opening, closing and retrieval of client files
6. Drafting contracts and legal documents
7. Conducting property-related legal searches
8. Undertaking additional administrative tasks as required
About You
We are looking for a candidate with:
1. Previous experience in a legal environment is essential
2. A proactive and self-motivated approach to tasks
3. Exceptional attention to detail with high levels of speed and accuracy
4. Excellent communication skills, with a professional telephone manner and confidence in client interactions, both over the phone and in person
5. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work methodically and adapt to changing priorities
