Finance Office Manager – Ashburton
Permanent Position - £35,000 - £40,000 D.O.E. – Full Time - 9am - 5pm - Free Parking, Office Based, Pension and Sick Pay Schemes. 28 Days Holidays. Available to start January 2025.
With over 1,500 clients, this is a busy and varied role. As Manager, you will be supported by 1 x P/T Credit Controller and 1 x P/T Administrator to enable you to run the office with the main focus on Accounts & Finance.
Extensive working knowledge required on SAGE50. Responsibilities include:
1. Sales & Bought Ledger
2. Profit and Loss
3. Weekly Payroll
4. Banking
5. Bank Reconciliations
6. Credit Control
7. Petty Cash
8. Invoicing
9. Analyses and creating Monthly Accounts
This is a busy, varied role that requires an outgoing, confident, and engaging personality, as you will be dealing with a large customer base where Customer Service is paramount. You will manage 2 x Office Staff and liaise with Site Managers, while also adopting a hands-on and flexible approach to the role.
Minimum Qualifications: AAT Level 3 or equivalent.
Own transport is required as the office is not near any transport links.
To achieve the higher salary, you will need to demonstrate your ability to meet the main criteria of the role with past experience and working knowledge during the interview.
