Mission Your mission will be to deliver projects which lead to happy customers. You will use a variety of methods and techniques to facilitate, refine and record user needs, ensur ing the development team understands the needs of internal and external users. You will document using user stories the features which are to deliver working systems which meet customer expectations. You will work as guided by the Delivery Manager and alongside the rest of the team to ensure a successful project delivery. All our projects are delivered in an Agile manner, and you will work in a supportive manner with the team including coaching junior team members. We also provide opportunit ies for you to contribute to other related areas including best practice, tools and improving Ceox processes and ways of working. Location Our office is near Guildford and most of our customers are within London. You will need to travel to the office and customer site as to deliver projects.
