Job Description
The main responsibilities of the Payroll Assistant are:
* Processing payroll for over 400 staff, covering both 4 weekly and monthly payrolls.
* P11D calculations
* Reconciliation of payroll
* Pension submissions
* Posting of payroll into management accounts
* Collating data for payroll
* Internal auditing on payroll data including staff hours, overtime and expenses.
* Administration of employee benefit packages
* Support with HR Administration
The Successful Applicant
The successful Payroll Assistant will posses:
* Previous experience within a Payroll position is essential.
* Experience using Sage 50 would be beneficial
* Accuracy and attention to detail is critical
* Strong analytic skills
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Strong IT skills including Microsoft.
* Proactive approach to work.
