We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager or a seasoned Kitchen Team Leader who is ready to take their next step in their culinary career. As a leader in the business, Kitchen Managers are the figureheads of the dining operation who deliver consistently high standards whilst developing the Kitchen Managers of the future at Pub & Dining.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and developing your Brigade whilst ensuring their training is fully complete at all times. You will also be responsible for maintaining both kitchen hygiene and food safety standards within the kitchen at all times and ensuring the highest quality of food is delivered to our guests.
Some of the things you'll be doing in this role include:
1. Supporting the recruitment and induction of new team members
2. Leading, managing, and developing your Brigade
3. Maintaining kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
4. Creating kitchen rotas to ensure labour targets are met
5. Conducting periodic stock takes to ensure delivery of GP margins in line with targets
6. Adopting a proactive strategy to boost sales and drive growth by engaging effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
7. Ordering food supplies and kitchen equipment as needed
