Job Overview:
With a growing pipeline of new projects and clients, we are now looking to expand our team by recruiting a Digital Marketing Executive to work with senior growth managers on an array of massively impressive campaigns and growing our social media platforms. As part of our development and growth plans, there has never been a better time for someone driven and hungry to come in and support the marketing of our ambitious growth agenda. You will produce marketing material for all services and products on offer as well as lead in our marketing campaigns.
About the role
With our growing consultancy work and the rollout of our permanent Citi sensors and data portal, you will be required to market and assist with the growth of both parts of the business. You will supply your manager with the right information, insight, and tools to grow the business. You will also be working across many different areas of the business, from marketing to social media content and media campaigns, helping to grow business through research, campaign management, and reporting. You’ll need to be proactive, organised, and self-motivated, as you’ll be working autonomously on a range of different projects, as well as providing essential ad hoc support to the marketing team and wider office.
The ideal candidate will be required to:
Marketing Campaigns:
* Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote consultancy and technology services.
* Create engaging content, including blog posts, vlogs, case studies, and email campaigns.
* Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
Social Media Growth & Management:
* Develop and implement a strategy to grow and engage followers across LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
* Create and schedule social media content, ensuring brand consistency.
* Monitor trends, competitor activity, and engagement metrics to optimise content strategy.
Business Growth & Lead Generation:
* Support business development efforts by generating leads through digital marketing strategies.
* Assist in managing our CRM system and nurturing potential client relationships.
* Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Event & Conference Support:
* Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to represent and promote the business.
* Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and networking strategies.
* Follow up on leads and connections made during events to drive engagement.
Internal & External Event Organisation:
* Plan and coordinate internal social events to enhance company culture and team engagement.
* Organise external networking events, workshops, and client engagement activities.
* Manage event logistics, invitations, and promotional materials.
Brand & Content Development:
* Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and messaging across all marketing materials.
* Assist in website updates and online content development.
* Develop case studies, newsletters, and reports to showcase the company’s achievements.
Analytics & Performance Tracking:
* Track and report on key marketing metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign success.
* Use insights to refine marketing strategies.
* Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Requirements for the role:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Social Media Content, or a related field.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and effective interaction with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
* A passion for sustainable, community-focused designs with the ability to create solutions that grow sales and social media followers.
* A good level of numerical ability.
* Proactive and a self-starter.
* Great teamwork and interpersonal skills.
