Key Responsibilities
* Support students with a range of special educational needs (SEN) on a 1:1 and group basis
* Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities
* Encourage emotional, social, and educational development
* Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
* Help with classroom setup, resources, and daily routines
What We’re Looking For
* No qualifications required – just a genuine passion for working with children
* Previous experience with children or in education is a bonus, but not essential
* Patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic personality
* Strong communication skills and a proactive team player
