Our client is a leading manufacturer who specializes in low-volume bespoke design and build, supplying into a variety of industries from Nuclear, automotive, and aerospace. Due to continued growth, they are currently recruiting for a Quality Compliance Manager to assist the management team in keeping manufacturing in line with regulations.
Role & Responsibilities:
* This is not a man-management role, but could develop into one in the future.
* The primary focus of this position is to ensure the company's adherence to manufacturing standards.
* Conducting audits and investigating non-conformances.
* Managing the Quality Management Systems on site.
* Working to ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
* Managing quality when new processes, equipment, and customers are brought into the business.
* Developing user manuals and procedures.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* A minimum of a degree qualified within an engineering or technical field.
* Experience working as a Quality Engineer or Quality Manager.
* Good mechanical engineering background.
* High level of IT literacy and attention to detail.
* A strong QMS background.
Desirable:
* Experience in low-volume, bespoke manufacturing.
