What will you be doing?
As a Parts Sales Executive, you will work with the Sales Manager and team to deliver and achieve the business plan and sales objectives of the Centre.
* Achieve personal KPIs and revenue objectives with target customers
* Accurately identify parts to meet customer requirements
* Utilize all product promotions effectively to reach specific targets
* Identify and leverage potential sales opportunities within the customer base
* Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and awareness of competitor activity
* Build strong relationships with customers through regular contact via phone and face-to-face visits
* Provide excellent customer service by understanding their needs, responding to requests, processing orders, and offering expert advice
* Communicate promptly with customers regarding their credit status
* Support the TPS Centre team to ensure good working relationships and excellent customer service
* Collaborate with the Sales Manager and team to achieve sales targets
* Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries within KPIs, using the approved greeting
* Use all systems properly and accurately to search for and order parts
* Complete all documentation accurately and promptly
* Manage cash and credit card transactions in line with TPS Guidelines in the Operations Manual
What are we looking for?
* A self-starter with a proven track record in building relationships and achieving sales targets in a B2B environment
* Confident and capable communicator with experience in fast-paced and/or telesales environments
* Passion for delivering excellent customer service
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to build relationships with key stakeholders
* A team player with drive and determination to meet individual and sales targets weekly and monthly
* Excellent attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
* IT literate, preferably with good knowledge of MS Excel
