Pastoral Support Assistant – Hull
Are you passionate about supporting young people’s wellbeing and development? Teaching Personnel is looking for a dedicated Pastoral Support Assistant to join a secondary school in Hull.
The Role:
Provide emotional and behavioural support to students
Help create a safe and inclusive learning environment
Work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to support student welfare
Offer guidance and mentoring to students who may face challenges in school
Requirements:
✅ Experience working with young people in a pastoral or support role
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
