Job Title: Team Manager Salary: £51,464 - £55,338 per annum 37 Hours per Week Location: Worcestershire Team: Children's services, Family Help Permanent Contract The Role: Worcestershire children’s services are proud to be identified by OFSTED as providing GOOD services to the children and young people. Our leadership team plays a critical role in leading, supporting and inspiring not only our service but working with our partner agencies in delivering positive outcomes for our families. We are transforming our services to deliver the new social care reforms and this new management and leadership role is part of this plan. This new role will sit within our Family Front Door service area and be part of our transformation into the Family Help model. You will work alongside multi disciplinary colleagues and join a experienced, positive and inspiring service with a wider range of permanent managers and team members. We are seeking a qualified Social Care Team Manager with lots of skills and experience of working in the field of children and families that they can bring to this role.
