Your new company Hays are working with a public sector organisation to appoint a Recruitment Officer to join their team on a temporary basis. This is initially a 3-3-month contract, with the possibility of extension. Your new role Support the HR team with end to end recruitment activities Working with line managers to keep them up to date on the status of recruitment processes Liaising with candidates to schedule interviews and provide offers and feedback Preparing recruitment related paper work and ensuring that all documentation is accurate and compliant What you'll need to succeed Previous experience working within an HR department Previous experience with recruitment and/or HR administration A sound understanding of recruitment best practice Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience with and HRIS (PAMS preferred but not essential) What you'll get in return £14.50 per hour 3-month assignment with possibility of extending Free parking Full-time (37 hours per week) Flexi-time What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
