You will steer the development of new features based on the evolving needs of our customers and will work collaboratively with the rest of the Product, UX and Design team to ensure consistency across all our tools. What you’ll be doing Roadmap Champion: Defining, owning, and propelling the delivery of a product roadmap to improve the value we provide our customers. Customer Advocate: Deeply understand our customer needs and share this knowledge across the business, ensuring everyone is aligned with our user’s needs. Strategic Influencer : Playing a pivotal role in shaping the overall Product strategy with your insights and expertise. Brilliant collaborator: Working closely with our Engineering Managers/Scrum Masters to identify opportunities for improvement in the product development process and implement effective solutions. Idea Incubator: Bringing fresh ideas to the forefront and collaborating closely with UX, Design, and Engineering teams to transform them into tangible product features. Impact Analyst: Continually measuring the impact of product launches with clear, quantifiable KPIs to evaluate success accurately.
